What's new in Beta?

Beta testing is more rewarding than ever before! We are implementing new key changes to Beta participation, and we want you to be a part of this new experience.

We expect our testers to give feedback and report bugs found in each Beta round, but we understand that it can be time-consuming. As a sign of appreciation for our Beta testers, we are introducing new rewards for participation and feedback after every testing round starting with v82. We hope these new rewards will help your main game account to keep pace after you’ve invested time in testing.

So far, roughly 200 testers have received a special Beta pin after completing five surveys. We are now adding more reward tiers for players completing 20 surveys and beyond. We plan to continue to add exclusive badges of honor for our most dedicated testers. We ask our players to be diligent in filling out the surveys with their correct Account #, since this will be the primary identifier for sending out all future rewards.

We value all the feedback we’re getting from our testers and we are hoping to share responses to your feedback from our game designers. Stay tuned in our Beta Lounge on how this will be implemented.

We wish to make Beta testing more focused and efficient for all members involved, with rewards that will help our players manage their play time between live and Beta and nurture quality feedback and show comments from the game designers. We will also be removing more inactive accounts from Beta to free up capacity to invite new Beta testers who are enthusiastic to preview upcoming content, make sure new features are fully functional, and actively share their opinions. With these new key changes, our aim is for Beta to be more focused than ever before.

We would like to remind everyone of our Beta Rules and Guidelines and the fact that sharing Beta content, including images and videos, outside of our Beta Lounge is forbidden. Players sharing Beta content are subject to removal from the Beta program. In severe cases, players knowingly sharing Beta content outside of Beta can suffer consequences in their main game account.
