March 2026 Balance Update – Details & Release Notes

Full details of the changes are as follows:

Buffs

Construct family

• Minion Core

  • New effects added for the Killer Bot Minion

    • The Minions now recover 5% health for their owners each turn

    • Wither: Each hit from a Killer Bot Minion now gives its target -50 attack

Stylish Costumes

• The Stylish Passive Skill can now also replace "damage over time" effects with "heal over time"

Institute and Forsaken families

• Passive Skill added: Minion Corruption

  • At the end of each turn, enemies with Insanity have a chance to have their Minions turn to Fiends.

  • Affects all Legendary heroes of both families

  • Corresponding status effects removed from Prof. Morryster and Demhalar's special skills

  • Insanity inflicted on allies reduced: 30 -> 25

• Hysteria

  • Insanity inflicted on self reduced: 55 -> 45

• Burton

  • Insanity inflicted on self reduced: 50 -> 40

Fixes

Astral Demon family

• The description for the Astral Demon family bonus' cleanse effect now matches its real functionality

  • OLD: 60/85% chance to cleanse all status ailments from this character when receiving Special Skill damage.

  • NEW: 60/85% chance to cleanse 1 status ailment from all allies when receiving Special Skill damage.
